is no benefit as far as skills go for the class. While this is the Primary
attribute to all Necromancers, and at first it doesn't seem, lets say,
to special, well it is. I run a necro currently that can heal myself
for almost half of my life force and nevers runs out of energy. The
special ability of this skill is that it steal the energy from ALL corpses
on the playing field, whether in PvE, GvG or PvP.
he
amount of recharge is dependent on how many points are in that attribute.
If you have 7, then you get 7 energy when a enemy, pet, fellow player
dies. This also counts for animals found out in the missions and quest
area.

this benefit to work, you need to be nearby the souls
as they depart.
rom
my time playing as a Tank Necro, the Soul Reaping really pays off in
the PvE area. I would not recommend this however in PvP unless you use
certain Necro Builds that will, well lets just say, surprise the enemy.

skills are shown with minimum and maximum values. The minimum is with
0 points in the related attribute; the maximum is with 15 points in
the related attribute. It is possible to have more than 15 points in
a given attribute, but values will need to be calculated on the 15-point
figures given in the individual descriptions. Damage dealt to enemy
also depends on armor vs. armor values, additions to skills and boasts,
weapons mods, etc... Damage done is also modified by things like, holy
vs undead, fire vs ice etc...
